This project was created with a full interior, exterior design to include full plans to complete construction down to the smallest detail. It expresses the Dominican identity and feel throughout the different rooms, hallways and interiors.

The main elevators and stairs are located in the center of the building complimented with a spiral shape which opens the areas to the natural light from the skylights in the roof of the building.

The property includes a reception area, restaurants, amenities, upper gardens, a gym with infinity pool, standard suites, presidential suites, administrative area, and the back-of-house.
