This property was located next to an important port with amazing views of the city, port and beach. On a high floor, the sliding doors could also be opened to feel a cool breeze and this kitchen was positioned looking out over the main kitchen area.

The space would be used often for entertaining and traveling guests so it was important to have a design that complimented the cooking and other activities often used. The light and airy design helped reflect the natural light that entered the condo.
