CAMINO PENT-HOUSE

SANTO DOMINGO

David and Marlene contacted us in the Dominican Republic when they were planning their wedding and bought a brand new/under construction Pent-House in the middle of the downtown of Santo Domingo.

 

They wanted to modify the original floor plan they bought to make sure the house was going to look just as they dreamed it.

 

They wanted something modern, minimalist, with neutral colors, wood details, leather sofas, concrete wall details, tray ceiling designs with recessed cans and beautiful light fixtures everywhere.

 

We took care of every detail, from the tile design and layout of their master bath to the upholstered wall in their master bedroom, the wood beam design in the kitchen ceiling and the kitchen design itself.  

 

We designed the man cave in the second story with the beautiful stone wall and the custom wood bar for all the parties they loved to host.

 

We created a beautiful stair design with a very daring structural system that allowed us to keep every step individually attached to the wall which had a gorgeous wall covering. One of the most beautiful areas was the exclusive design of their terrace, with the herringbone wood deck, custom hot tub, stone wall and gardens. The view from their terrace was just a plus!
