This project consisted of making exterior and interior improvements to the main residence and mother-in-law suite.

A redesign of the landscape, paint, columns, general façade and walkways was completed.

​

The space would act as a general residence for the owners and later would be converted into a functional and renovated property to rent out for extra income.
